Exchange Policy

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been tampered with and altered in any way (this includes the removal of the labels, tags and cords, this also includes washing and conditioning). (We know the condition of which the hair was sent, so we will know if the hair has been tampered with.) Since Human hair extensions are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used  and tampered items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. The hair has to be in the exact same condition it was sent to you.

Please note, there is NO Exchange or returns for sample orders. There is no exchange for Wigs. There is also NO Exchange on sale items. All sale items, wigs and samples are FINAL SALE.

Steps to Exchange Hair Extensions

You must first contact us at and let us know why you wish an exchange. You will be required to send us a picture of the item you wish to return which will serve as an initial inspection of the hair. 

No exchange are processed after 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the initial inspection via photograph is satisfactory and the return for exchange request has been authorized, ship the hair back to the address our customer service representative has provided you with. You will be responsible for ALL return shipping charges, that means sending the hair back to us and us shipping the exchanged hair back to you.

The cost to re-ship the new order or exchange back to you is $12 USDs (payable by you). Once the package has been shipped back to us, please go to the following link provided by the Customer Service Rep to pay for the shipping fees for your exchange item to be sent back to you.  (You are also responsible for the shipping fee for the exchange i.e sending the item back to us). Once payment has been remitted and  we are satisfied that the returned hair has not been altered in any way we will send out the new order as per your request.

No exchange unit will be processed unless you offered us the receipt or the tracking # of the return.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and exchange
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses both to our warehouse and then back to their address
  • A restocking fee will be applied to the exchange process

All sale items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange
