Return Policy Conditions
Xotica Hair guarantees satisfaction with all our hair extensions. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer 7 day return policy (post receipt of delivery date) if the hair has NOT been worn or altered in any way, (this includes the removal of the labels, tags and cords, this also includes washing and conditioning). (We know the condition of which the hair was sent, so we will know if the hair has been tampered with.) Since Human hair extensions are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used and tampered items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.

All wigs, samples and sale items are all final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange.

What does "originally sent to you" or "original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, coloured, bleached or tried on. The ties (gold or silver) have NOT been cut or removed, and the hang tags are attached (tags, ties/cords and labels must be affixed in original condition as it was when you received it). We do not exchange or accept returned hair that has been altered in ANY form. No exceptions!
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will need to contact our Customer Service email@example.com for the return address and information before shipping. Once the product is received and inspected at our headquarters a Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
To make a Return, please follow these easy steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days from the day you receive your purchase.You will be required to send us a picture of the item you wish to return which will serve as an initial inspection of the hair. Once the initial inspection via photograph is satisfactory and the request for Return has been authorized, ship the hair back to the address our Customer Service Representative has provided you with via USPS (United States Postal Service ONLY. Do not ship UPS, FedEx, nor DHL). Please declare the value 10usd/pcs. If proper instructions are not followed, it will result in the package having taxes, which will have to be paid by you and we will deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the hair has been returned it will undergo a proper inspection (second) to ensure that the hair has not been used or altered in anyway.
- Please ship within 5 days from being in contact with customer service. When ready to ship, please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise your package will be returned to you.
- Take note of your tracking number, and please forward it to our Customer Service Representative. Xotica Hair will NOT be responsible for lost Returns; refunds will not be returned if the item is lost. If the item becomes lost, we can only refund once the item is recovered and is in our possession.
- No Returns are processed after 7 days of receiving your order.
No Returns will be processed unless you offered us the receipt or the tracking # of the Return.

**When you receive your hair please inspect it throughly, with tags still attached; in the unlikely event you receive a defective product we will accept returns within 7 Days of you receiving your hair as long as it has not been worn or altered in any way.
