Xotica Hair is pleased to offer Free Shipping in North America on all orders over $100. ***Please note that you may be subject to pay duties and taxes in your country particularly UK, Caribbean and Australian customers. US customers, should you choose Next day delivery you maybe subject to customs duties or taxes as well, payable by you.
The processing times for all orders is between 1-3 business day processing/production time, after the order has been placed. You will have only 24hrs from the time you ordered to make changes; after which no changes can be made. (To do so please contact customer service directly.) Please note we will not accept address changes, we will only ship to the address placed on the original order received). The processing time is also the time it takes for us to pull your order, do quality assurance, pack it and have it picked up by the postal service. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking #.
All orders are shipped via your local postal service with tracking (with the exception of samples) with estimated shipping/transit times between 6 - 7 business day (*please do not count your package's acceptance to postal facility, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays as a part of shipping time). Your order will be delivered to your mail box via your local postman or postwoman. Please check your tracking # frequently. Sample orders will be shipped via your local postal service (w/o tracking) with an estimated delivery time between 5-10 days.
Priority Shipping (Next day delivery)
In order to receive Priority Shipping (next day delivery) via FedEx or DHL the order must be placed before 2pm EST/EDT.
Expedited Shipping (4-5 day) & XPress Post (2-3 day shipping)
If you have opted for the Expedited or XPress Post shipping then your order will have its respective shipping times (post processing time) and again will be delivered via your local postal service. A signature will be required for all Xpresspost items. (*please do not count your package's acceptance to the postal facility, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays as a part of shipping time).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Orders placed over the holidays will be processed first day after holiday when business resumes.
You will your receive tracking information via the email address you provided upon ordering, please check your junk mail as sometimes our emails may not be recognized and filtered as Spam. Please also check your tracking frequently so that you are aware of the estimated delivery of your package. (*Please do not count acceptance to the postal facility, Saturdays, Sundays nor holidays as a part of shipping time)
Shipping Delays and Undelivered/missing packages:
It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather occurrences, and certainly not carrier delays. Please keep in mind Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
We entrust your local postal service to deliver your package on time; however, if your package is delayed or severely delayed or not delivered we CANNOT be held responsible, it is 100% the responsibility of the courier. Once packages have been turned over to the courier for delivery it is beyond our control it is their responsibility solely to get your package to you. We are not responsible for it! So please do NOT ask to be refunded the shipping fee.
Should your package be extremely delayed or marked as delivered and was not delivered, please contact the carrier directly and immediately and provide them with tracking number, so that you may request an investigation to be launched for the whereabouts of your package. The investigation request can ONLY be requested by the intended recipient and not us the sender. Investigations generally take about 7-10 days; we will NOT offer a reimbursement of shipping charges for the delay, we will NOT offer a refund of order, NOR will we re-ship your order due to the postal service's delay or them losing/misplacing your package. You must wait to hear from your local post office about the results of the investigation. Generally within 7-10 days of the investigation the item is recovered and will be delivered to you.
