Xotica Hair is pleased to offer Free shipping worldwide on all orders over $150.  ***Please note that you may be subject to pay duties and taxes in your country.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via various international couriers (DHL, UPS and FedEx). Various textures such as Afro Kinky Curly and Kinky Straight have longer processing times (processed in 3 business days and shipped on the 4th day). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Orders placed over the holidays will be processed first day after holiday when business resumes. You will your receive tracking information via the email.

Shipping times are based on inventory.  If your item is out of stock, shipping can take 3 to 7 business days. Please note that most courier services do not deliver during the weekend nor do they ship to a P.O. Boxes.


Xotica Hair guarantees satisfaction with all our hair extensions. If you are not satisfied with our hair we are happy to offer 7 day return policy if the hair has not been worn or altered in any way. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will need to contact our customer service for the return address. Once the product is received and inspected at our headquarters a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What does "originally sent to you" or "original condition" mean?

This means the hair extensions have NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, coloured, bleached or tried on.  The ties (gold or silver) have NOT been cut or removed, and the hang tags are attached (tags, ties/cords and labels must be affixed in original condition as it was when you received it). We do not exchange or accept returned hair that has been altered in ANY form. No exceptions!

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will need to contact our customer service for the return address. Once the product is received and inspected at our headquarters a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

To make a returns, please follow these easy steps:

  • Contact our customer service representative at, within 7 days from the day you receive your purchase.You will be required to send us a picture of the item you wish to return which will serve as an initial inspection of the hair. Once the initial inspection via photograph is satisfactory and the request for return has been authorized, ship the hair back to the address our customer service representative has provided you with . You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the hair has been returned it will undergo a proper inspection (second) to ensure that the hair has not been used or altered in anyway.
  • Please ship within 5 days from being in contact with customer service.  When ready to ship, please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise your package will be returned to you.
  • Take note of your tracking number, Xotica Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.
  • No returns are processed after 7 days of receiving your order.
  •  No returns will be processed unless you offered us the receipt or the tracking # of the return.

  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns!

**When you receive your hair please inspect it throughly, with tags still attached; in the unlikely event you receive a defective product we will accept returns within 7 Days of you receiving your hair as long as it has not been worn.
